OUR ROLE |
Indiagolfcourses.com exclusively specializes in managing and promoting Golf events. Our experience & expertise ensures a smooth flow of events in the planning and organization of golf events for you. Our role spans across a broad spectrum of activities beginning from concept to the detailed execution of the tournament. The salient areas of operations are outlined below: |
CONCEPT |
Pre event planning, Event Scheduling, Identification and booking of venues. Innovation and changes. |
PARTICIPATION & COMMUNICATION |
- Compiling participant list in liaison with customer databases
- Liaison with co-sponsors for nominated participants
- Dispatch of invitation letters, invitation cards.
- Personalised verbal co-ordination with invitees & participants - Follow ups via fax, telephone & SMS.

GOLF OPERATIONS |
- Formulation of Rules and regulations including usage format of play.
- Complete scoring and compilation of results
- Coordinating F & B arrangements at the Golf Course
- Overall hospitality and participant interaction at the clubs
- Overall conduct of the tournament & prize distribution ceremony

Have organized ICICI Masters 2007-08 in four different cities, NCR Cup 2007, STAR ALLIANCE TROPHY 2007, B.A BANGALORE, WCGC DELHI & MUMBAI , ESPN STAR SPORTS INVITATIONAL CUP etc. working under leading golf event company in India.
- We are official organizer for World Amateur Inter Team Golf Championship 2008 in India.
- Have also organized golf events for foreign amateurs and pro golfers from France, Australia and Japan.
